Spring Events at the Middleborough Museum

Saturday April 8-WWI Display

The War to end all wars was raging in Europe when on April 6, 1917 the United States decided to enter World War I.

To honor the memory of the men and women from Middleborough who answered the call to join the military forces, a special exhibit has been created at the Middleborough Historical Museum.

The exhibit will open for viewing on Saturday, April 8 at 2pm and be the featured exhibit for this upcoming season.

At 3pm there will be a show and tell program. If you have any items or stories you might have heard about WWI please bring them and share with others.

A short membership meeting will follow the program.

The museum at 18 Jackson Street is located behind the local police & fire stations.

The event is free and open to the public.
